Fever Guard ("we", "our", "us") is a mobile application for tracking children's temperature and medications. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

We collect only the information you actively enter into the app:

• Child profiles — name, date of birth, photo (optional)
• Health records — temperature readings with timestamps, administered medications with doses and times
• Account data — email address used to create an account
• Device data — basic device identifiers used for app functionality and crash reporting

We do not collect location data, browsing history, or any data unrelated to the app's health-tracking purpose.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the core features of the app (tracking, charts, reminders)
• To sync data across devices within the same family account
• To improve the app's performance and fix bugs

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on our secure servers (api.feverguard.ru) and locally on your device. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to user data is strictly limited to authorised personnel.

4. Family Sharing

If you choose to share a child's profile with other family members (e.g. a co-parent or nanny), those users will be able to view and add records for that child. You control who is invited and can revoke access at any time from within the app.

5. Children's Privacy

Fever Guard is designed for use by parents and caregivers to track the health of children in their care. The app is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. All accounts are created and managed by adults.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual records at any time within the app. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact us at info@feverguard.ru. We will process the request within 30 days.

7. Third-Party Services

The app may use the following third-party services for technical purposes:

• Apple Push Notification Service — for reminders and alerts
• RevenueCat — for subscription management (no health data is shared)
• Crash reporting tools — to detect and fix technical issues

These services have their own privacy policies and do not receive your personal health data.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@feverguard.ru.

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data is processed and stored in the European Union / Russia. If you use the app from outside these regions, your data may be transferred to and processed in these jurisdictions. We take appropriate measures to ensure adequate protection of your data in accordance with applicable law.
